Welcome to Class 5!

In Class 5 we enjoy doing lots of exciting projects, activities and anything musical with our teacher Mr Spendlow. One of our major goals this year is to make our descriptive and non-fiction writing fantastic, inspiring and a pleasure to read!

We like to have lots of fun in Class 5 but we also work very hard – putting everything we learn into a ‘real-life’ context so that we understand how it will help us out later in life. We also like to have a lot of discussion – taking ideas from one another and developing them into some magnificent, and very often interdependent, learning.

On a Friday afternoon we have our important Circle Time session where we help one another with issues, concerns or worries. We also share what we have enjoyed during the week, what we are looking forward to, and anything else that we find necessary.
